Deauville is located near the coast of Normandy, France. In 1913, Mademoiselle Chanel opened her first boutique in this northern French coastal town. The place names in the Eau de Chanel collection are all closely associated with Gabrielle. Chanel.
The initial spray is bursting with citrus green and basil green, a refreshing
feeling. In the middle and back notes, a gentle white floral note emerges, blending beautifully with the soapy texture. This is also my favorite part, reminiscent of a well-educated and elegant young woman, beautiful without being vulgar, ethereal without being ethereal. The only drawback is that the fragrance doesn't last long. After about three hours, only a faint aroma can be detected against the skin.
