Delivery Info
Order before 1pm and we will aim to dispatch your order the same day.
During the checkout you will have a selection of delivery options, all sent via royal mail, the standard delivery per item will be just £2!. Unless you choose otherwise.
All orders that are despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature. If there is no one at the address to sign for your parcel Royal Mail will place a 'while you were out' card through your door. On this card there is a telephone number and details of how to arrange for your parcel to be re-delivered. However, if you wish you may collect the parcel from your local sorting office, you will need the while you were out card and proof of ID to do this. Alternatively you can arrange redelivery online at the Royal Mail website.
If you are expecting delivery of your order today (i.e. your order was placed before 4.00pm on the previous working day (Monday-Friday, except bank holidays), please allow for delivery to take place up to 4.00pm.
ZuFashion reserves the right to change the advertised price before you place an order.

Order Cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any order you have placed with ZuFashion and receive a refund for the goods originally ordered. The goods ordered must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. Please note in the event of an order being cancelled prior to despatch you will receive a refund for both the goods and any delivery charge. If the order is cancelled after it has been received by you then the refund will be for goods and not for postage costs.
Order cancellations need to be made by email to customer services within 7 working days of delivery. Please state the order number which can be found on your dinvoice.
