This fragrance's meaning comes from a story: The Shepherd Boy's Tale goes like this: One quiet night, the moon goddess Selene, while driving her chariot across the sky, stumbled upon a beautiful young man resting in the tranquil valley below. Falling in love at first sight, she glided down from her moon chariot and quickly and passionately stole a kiss on his cheek. Even Endymion, sound asleep, was captivated when he opened his eyes and saw the nymph. Everything was fleeting, and he mistook it for a dream. Every night, Selene would descend from the sky to steal a kiss from the sleeping shepherd. However, this occasional inaction caught the attention of the god Zeus. The father of gods and humans decided to eliminate the temptation of goddesses from the world forever. He summoned Endyon to his side and made him make a choice: any form of death; or eternal youth in eternal fantasy. The shepherd chose the latter, and he slept forever on Mount Latmos. Every night the moon goddess visited him and kissed him with sadness.
